Moreover, we are strata owners who care deeply about our properties. We understand that proper accurate information is needed by strata counsels in order to make informed decisions on the required level of funding to address both short term and long term funding deficiencies. Our team has inspected many thousands of square feet of buildings in North America.
During the onsite visual evaluation, our team of professional engineers will conduct a walk-through of the entire building and its perimeter, and perform auditing and cataloging of all the common property’s major mechanical, electrical and architectural assets. This audit includes capturing asset information such as description, type, year installed, and quantity. In addition to cataloging the common property assets, any issues observed will be logged and documented.
