During the onsite visual evaluation, our team of professionals will conduct a walk-through of the entire building and its perimeter, and perform auditing and cataloging of all the common property’s major mechanical, electrical and architectural assets. This audit includes capturing asset information such as description, type, year installed, and quantity. In addition to cataloging the common property assets, any issues observed will be logged and documented.
